A sheet for use with a sleeping bag quilt include two sets of fasteners arranged to engage corresponding fasteners on the quilt to attach the quilt to the sheet in an expanded-footbox arrangement. Pulling a draw cord across the quilt bottom edge gathers the bottom edge and forms a closed, expanded footbox of the sleeping bag.
