The first communication device (201) adapts (301), over a single time period of transmission of the radio signals, the pre-coder used by the second communication device (202) to transmit the radio signals to the third communication device (203) using beamforming. The adapting (301) is based on a change, over the single time period, in a state of a channel used to transmit the radio signals. The state is measured by the second communication device (202).
