The rolling bearing may include an inner ring; an outer ring; and a ball that rolls between the inner ring and the outer ring. The movable holder may hold either one of the magnet and the coil, and the supporting member side opposing part holds the other. The spring member may bias the movable holder toward the supporting member side opposing part.
