First through grooves extending axially and depressed radially are symmetrically distributed and formed around an inner surface of the shaft hole of the rotor core. First circulation holes are enclosed between the first through grooves and an outer surface of the rotary shaft. A motor includes a stator and the rotor structure arranged in an inner hole of the stator. A compressor includes the motor.
