The housing includes an accommodating portion for accommodating the motor. The battery pack is configured to power the motor. The baseplate includes a baseplate plane for arranging sandpaper. The driving assembly is configured to drive at least the baseplate to move eccentrically. The housing is further provided with a first grip portion, a second grip portion, and a coupling portion. The first grip portion is configured to be gripped by one hand of a user. The second grip portion is configured to be gripped by another hand of the user.
