The outer edge frame is connected to an outmost side of the blade in the radial direction of the central disk through the outer edge frame, which makes all the outmost sides of all the blades secured to the outer edge frame, thus the stability of the blade is strengthened, blade deformation in harsh environments is avoided, thereby the balance performance of the fan blade is improved, and the vibration or noise is reduced.
