The system may be associated with or affixed to a shared use service object, generating a communication field within or directly around the shared use service object. The system may recognize when an individual is utilizing the shared use service via signal recognition of a mobile device transmission being received by the system associated with the shared use service. The system may identify an end destination of the user using the shared use service and calculate a resource requirement based on the same. The resource requirement may be presented to the user via the mobile device through the generated communication linkage.
