The skin care device includes a non-conductive flexible substrate, at least one light source element provided on the flexible substrate, microcurrent elements provided on the flexible substrate, an insulating layer provided with first holes to expose the at least one light source element and second holes to expose the microcurrent elements, and a conductive layer including a plurality of conductive parts, each conductive parts contacting each microcurrent element through each second hole, and the conductive parts are divided so as to be spaced apart from one another and are provided with third holes to expose the at least one light source element.
