The electroluminescence display device can include an electroluminescence element in each of a plurality of pixels, a pixel driving circuit for driving the electroluminescence element, a gate driver and a data driver for generating signals for driving the pixel driving circuit to be switchable between a first refresh rate and a second refresh rate, and an emission signal generator for generating an emission signal having a first duty ratio supplied to the pixel driving circuit when the pixel driving circuit is driven at the first refresh rate and generating the emission signal having a second duty ratio supplied to the pixel driving circuit when the pixel driving circuit is driven at the second refresh rate. Accordingly, uniform brightness can be displayed regardless of the driving refresh rate for reducing the recognizable image distortion phenomenon.
