An earliest counter time slot for the said meeting is identified. A first set of metadata for the earliest counter time slot is created. A latest counter time slot for said meeting is identified. A second set of metadata for the latest counter time slot is created. Furthermore, the first and second set of metadata to the invitees are sent.
