The cap assembly includes a main body and an electrically conductive member. The electrically conductive member is located on a side of the main body away from the battery cell. The quick charge assembly is located in the main body and is located between the battery cell and the electrically conductive member. The quick charge assembly includes a circuit board and a quick charge connector. The quick charge connector is electrically connected to the battery cell. The electrically conductive member is electrically connected to the battery cell. The insulating film is sleeved on the battery cell and the cap assembly. The quick charge connector is exposed from the main body and the insulating film.
