The transmitter circuitry is configured to; transmit a first frame to a first terminal, and transmit a second frame to a second terminal when a first period elapsed after transmission of the first frame. The receiver circuitry is configured to receive a third frame including acknowledgement information of the first frame from the first terminal when the first period elapsed after transmission of the first frame. A duration of the second frame is set as equal to or greater than a difference between a duration of the third frame and a duration of the first frame.
