For example, a terminal sends to a server a conversation-processing request to request to release a target conversation message from a current user of a messaging application to a conversation group; the server receives the conversation-processing request, acquires the target conversation message from the conversation-processing request, determines whether the target conversation message includes a first image; in response to the target conversation message including a first image, the server stores the first image in a shared album corresponding to the conversation group and forward the target conversation message to members of the conversation group.
