The eyepiece unit includes an endoscope side terminal. The mounting unit includes a head side terminal that feeds power to the endoscope from the camera head. One of the endoscope side terminal and the head side terminal includes at least three terminals disposed on a virtual circle around the insertion axis, and the other includes at least two terminals disposed on the virtual circle.
