The air-storing units are heat-sealed to form a series of 2D heat-sealing seams, folded, and heat-sealed to form a series of 3D heat-sealing seams so as to make a 3D packaging bag for packaging an object to be packaged. The 3D packaging bag provides a cushioning function for the object to be packaged.
