The present invention provides a method and device wherein the first device: generates a group for group communication with a plurality of devices; exchanges, with the plurality of devices, first configuration information of the group for the group communication; establishes Bluetooth connection to the plurality of devices on the basis of the first configuration information, the Bluetooth connection being established using a broadcasting channel or a time division technique for establishing simultaneous connection to the plurality of devices; and transmits and receives voice data to and from the plurality of devices by using a specific channel.
