The display device base includes a first horizontal displacement mechanism capable of being displaced along a first horizontal direction; a second horizontal displacement mechanism mounted on the first horizontal displacement mechanism and capable of being displaced along a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction; and a rotation mechanism rotatably mounted on the second horizontal displacement mechanism and configured to mount the display device.
