The liquid crystal display panel further includes electrodes provided on a surface of the first substrate facing the second substrate; and an optical sensing dielectric layer provided on the electrodes. The insulativity of the optical sensing dielectric layer decreases as light received from a backlight source corresponding to the liquid crystal display panel increases.
