The first insulator covers at least a part of each of five portions including distal end portions, both side end portions, and two main surface portions, which face outward, of a whole of the first wiring board, the second wiring board, and the ground plate, and holds the ground plate under a pressing state. A portion of at least one side end portion of the ground plate is exposed to the outside of the first insulator.
