A speaker adjustment method for adjusting a plurality of speakers is provided. The speaker adjustment method includes the following steps: respectively obtaining a plurality of frequency responses of the plurality of speakers by using one microphone; obtaining distance information between the microphone and the plurality of speakers; and adjusting outputs of the plurality of speakers according to the plurality of frequency responses and the distance information.
