A system can comprise one or more processors; and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processors and perform: receiving a product listing information from a user via a user interface on a computing device, the product listing information comprising a product identifier and a product image source location uniquely pointing to at least one product image stored remotely; determining a product listing status of the product listing information based on the product identifier; determining a download priority of the at least one product image based on the product listing status and a user priority of the user; conducting a disposition of the product listing information based on the download priority; and providing in real time a disposition notice, based on the disposition of the product listing information, to be rendered on the user interface for the user.
