The electrical level conversion circuit is configured to convert a received signal into a driving electrical level signal and provide it to a first node; the control circuit includes a detecting circuit, and the control circuit is configured to output a detecting control signal to a second node according to a signal detected by the detecting circuit; the switching circuit is configured to electrically conduct the first node and a third node in response to a first detecting control signal; and the bootstrap circuit is configured to amplify the driving electrical level signal and output it to an output terminal in response to the first detecting control signal.
