Through an online portal, a pharmaceutical medication inquiry is received by the at least one central server through a personal computing device associated with a specific consumer account. The pharmaceutical medication inquiry is assessed by users of the plurality of pharmacy accounts to offer a pharmaceutical medication bid to the user of the specific consumer account. If the user of the specific consumer account affirms the pharmaceutical medication bid, a contact exchange function is executed to exchange contact data of the specific consumer account and the pharmacy account corresponding to the lowest pharmaceutical medication bid for the users to arrange the transaction.
