The radiator has fins and pipes forming a second cooling medium flow passage. The pump circulates a cooling medium. The first tank is coupled to one ends of the pipes. The second tank couples the other ends of the pipes to the pump. The radiator is disposed on the cold plate. The cold plate has a bottom wall portion, a top wall portion, a side wall portion, an internal space, an inlet port, and an outlet port. The bottom wall portion has blades, and an inner peripheral wall of the side wall portion has a first bent portion.
