The insulating protector includes a protector body that insulates the bus bars from each other and a wire fixing portion provided at a position of the protector body at which the wires are drawn out, and the wire fixing portion includes an extension portion to which the wire bundle is to be fixed and that extends from an end portion of the protector body in a direction in which the wire bundle is drawn out, and a reinforcing portion that is continuous with the extension portion and the protector body.
