The protective covering (4) has an annular disc (9) which extends in the radial direction, and a wall section (10) which adjoins an outer edge of the annular disc (9) and extends in the axial direction, it being possible for the protective covering (4) to be connected to the flat spiral spring housing (2) in such a way that, in a functional state in which it is connected to the flat spiral spring housing (2) to form a flat spiral spring housing arrangement, the protective covering (4) covers the gap between the first housing part (2A) and the second housing part (2B) of the flat spiral spring housing (2) from the outside.
