The server obtains usage information of the terminal within a preset time period in which the target text information is received. Scenario information of the terminal is determined by the server based on the usage information. The usage information corresponds to a target scenario indicated by the scenario information. Further, a target type of the target text information is identified by the server. The target type is identified by the target scenario.
