The system can create an informational record which is associated with a document and electronic contact card(s) containing contact information. The system can generate a unique identifier associated with the informational record. Users can obtain and view the informational record using the corresponding unique identifier. The system can provide the contact information to a device. Contact information associated with multiple informational records can be changed simultaneously by changing a single electronic contact card.
