An auxiliary chamber is independent from the windchest and in fluid flow communication with a wind regulator. An auxiliary pallet is disposed inside the auxiliary chamber and connected to the key. A first adjustment element controls wind generated from the wind regulator. A bias element urges the auxiliary pallet in a closed position. A second adjustment element controls tension exerted by the bias element on the auxiliary pallet.
