The brewing device (1) comprises a force transmission disposition (3), an injection disposition (4) presenting capsule side supports (41), a collection disposition (5) presenting a collection chamber (51) and a structural disposition (6). The collection chamber (51) is adapted so that the capsule side supports (41) keep engagement of the capsule (2) when the capsule is introduced the furthest into the collection chamber (51), so that the capsule (2) can be pulled upstream, out of the collection chamber (51), driven by the opening movement of the brewing device (1) from a closed position.
