Preferably, the optical film includes a polymer containing a block A having the unit (a) of the hydrogenated product of the aromatic vinyl compound; and a copolymer block B having the unit (a) of the hydrogenated product of the aromatic vinyl compound and the unit (b) of the hydrogenated product of the diene compound.
