Each of the plurality of vehicles is configured to supply power to and receive power from another vehicle. The server performs a matching process for setting a power-supplying vehicle and a power-receiving vehicle from the plurality of vehicles and for matching the power-supplying vehicle and the power-receiving vehicle. The server prohibits setting, as the power-supplying vehicle in the matching process, a vehicle included in the plurality of vehicles and having a history that power has been received from another vehicle.
