The functional assembly is movably connected to the base and adapted to act between a first state and a second state relative to the base. When the display acts to the upper position from the lower position, the functional assembly acts to the second state from the first state, and when the functional assembly acts to the first state from the second state, the display acts to the lower position from the upper position.
