The first substrate is configured to be formed with a diffraction phase grating array on a surface thereof close to the second substrate, and the diffraction phase grating array is filled with liquid crystal units. The second substrate is configured to comprise stacked first electrode layer, insulating layer and second electrode layer on a side thereof close to the first substrate.
