Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments that include obtaining a first data pool of different types of data. The different types of data include a first group of IPv4 addresses. Further embodiments include selecting a first portion of the first group of IPv4 addresses using artificial intelligence techniques and storing the first portion of the first group of IPv4 addresses in a first table of IPv4 addresses. Additional embodiments can include assigning a first IPv4 address in the first table to a first computing device in response to determining the first IPv4 address in the first table is not currently being used.
