The method of manufacturing a touch panel, comprises providing a substrate having a first region and a second region surrounding the first region; forming a wiring layer on the second region; and forming a conductive layer located on the first region and directly covering part of the wiring layer, and an exposed part of the wiring layer being formed as a wiring lead-out area of the touch panel.
