A portion of the second substrate is laminated to the first substrate in a first direction. The portion of the second substrate is adhered to the first substrate. A portion of the trace overlaps the contact in the first direction. A portion of the trace includes a plurality of terminals and a base section. The plurality of terminals are separated from each other. The base section is coupled to the plurality of terminals.
