The post body has an expansion part and the screw element includes a spreading section. The passage extends through the expansion part of the post body. An outer diameter of the expansion part of the post body is elastically increasable by applying a lateral force. The passage of the post body has a pressure receiving section at the expansion part. When the screw element is located in the passage of the post body, the spreading section of the screw element is arrangeable at the pressure receiving section of the passage of the post body such that the lateral force is applied to the expansion part of the post body and the outer diameter of the expansion part of the post body is increased.
