A first medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) is transmitted confirming the first downlink control information. The first MAC CE is identified by a first MAC subheader with a first logical channel identifier for the semi-persistent channel state information reporting. A second downlink control information indicating activation of a configured uplink grant is received. A second MAC CE confirming the second downlink control information is transmitted. The second MAC CE is identified by a second MAC subheader with a second logical channel identifier for the configured uplink grant.
