The plurality of secondary cells comprise a first secondary cell with a secondary control channel, and a deactivation timer value for a deactivation timer of the first secondary cell. The wireless device keeps the first secondary cell active in response to: the deactivation timer with the deactivation timer value being expired in a subframe, and a secondary cell in the secondary group being activated in the subframe.
