The battery comprises: a electrode assembly having at least one separator protrusion; a package bag for accommodating the electrode assembly; and a buffer layer arranged between the electrode assembly and the package bag; wherein the buffer layer is further arranged on the at least one separator protrusion. The purpose of the present application is to provide a battery and an electronic device thereof which are capable of improving the drop resistance performance of the battery and improving the safety performance of its use.
