In the LED module (10), the LEDs (12) are mounted on a mounting surface of the LED substrate (13). Each resin layer (11) is stacked on a surface of each LED (12) opposite to the LED substrate (13). Adjacent resin layers (11) stacked on the LEDs (12) are separated from each other.
