The apparatus includes at least one processor, and a memory electrically connected to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions causing the at least one processor to perform a process of identifying a first image and a second image collected in a time series, acquiring first layer information corresponding to a first object from the first image, acquiring second layer information corresponding to a second object from the second image, acquiring a radio propagation parameter based on the first layer information and the second layer information, and acquiring radio frequency design information based on the radio propagation parameter.
