The conductive resin layer includes a first layer on the base electrode layer, a second layer on the first layer, and a third layer on the second layer. With respect to porosity which is an area ratio of pores obtained from a binary image within a predetermined field of view, the first layer and the third layer have a porosity of equal to or less than about 5% and the second layer has a porosity equal to or more than about 6%. Thicknesses of the first, second, and third layers satisfy predetermined conditions.
