The heel edge extends from the top ridge to the leading edge and slants at a first angle, relative to the top ridge, towards the toe edge. The toe edge extends from the top ridge to the leading edge and slants at a second angle, relative to the top ridge, towards the heel edge. The leading edge is arcuate and defines a leading edge radius of curvature.
