The housing has a bent structure. The second tubular portion includes a recessed portion on an inner peripheral portion on a side where an inside corner of the bent structure of the housing is provided. The seal member includes a protruding piece to be fitted into the recessed portion when the seal member is attached to the second tubular portion.
