The sheet member includes: a first layer portion provided with a plurality of holes at least in a part overlapping a bent portion of the display; and a second layer portion entirely covering the first layer portion, the second layer portion being made up of a conductor that is thinner than the first layer portion and having no hole at least in a location overlapping a wiring region of the touch panel.
