The method includes: sending an acquisition request to a second device, in response to determining that a first device requires network configuration; receiving network configuration information sent by the second device according to the acquisition request, the network configuration information including network configuration information of one or more wireless networks to which the second device had been connected; and configuring, based on the network configuration information, a wireless network accessible by the first device.
