The control apparatus includes a hardware processor that may: cause a display apparatus of the image forming apparatus to display the contents of the processing prior to execution of the processing; acquire an operating state of the display apparatus; and decide contents of voice to be outputted to promote confirmation of the contents of the processing in accordance with the acquired operating state of the display apparatus.
