The rail extension part is provided with a glass-receiving part that is disposed to be offset to the outer side in the vehicle width direction from the joint part when viewed from above, and receives the upper end side part of the windshield glass. The rail main part has a rail main face that forms the outer surface of the vehicle, and a shelf face that is provided in the front end part of the rail main face to be recessed downward, and to which a lower face of the side end part of the windshield upper molding abuts.
